what motivated you in losing weight?

- well the fact that i was already overweight scared me. during year 6 (i was 11 years old) we were being weighed, and i remember being 59kgs, whilst everyone was like 30 - 40kgs, and at that time i was quite short, possibly 5 ft? so i knew that i was obviously overweight, i didn’t do much about it until now. i’m more aware on the risks of being overweight, and they scare me to death, + i’ve never really felt confident because of my size. also the blogs on tumblr have really motivated me, if i hadn’t created a tumblr, then i wouldn’t of learnt all that i had to learn about my health, and maybe i’d be 10lbs larger than my starting weight :O :|

how many calories do you eat daily?

- it really depends, on a day i dont exercise i try to eat a minumum of 1200 - and a maximum of 1500. on the days i do exercise i consume 1500 - 1700 calories.

have your eating habits changed?

- definitely they have! i dont have chocolate much, like i used to. i used to always ask my mum to bring chocolate when she got back from work, and i’d say i’d have chocolate around 4 x a week… but now i never ask her for any or dont really crave chocolate much.

how do i get rid of of fat on my stomach?

- you really cant pick a certain area on where you want to lose weight, sorry, but to lose fat, you’ll need to run or do any other kind of cardio exercises, although you’ll lose weight all over.
