i'm so confused, can you guys help me out?
to lose 2lbs a week, you need a deficit of 1000 each day. so if my bmr is 2000, and i have an intake of 1500, thats already a deficit of 500 (making it 1lb a week). lets say i decide to burn another 500 through exercise, my total deficit will be 1000, yes? but because my net calories would be under the 1200 minimum, do i need to eat 200 calories, so my net is 1200, and also would my deficit be...
